Something Old, Something New
As a part of the “found” media series, Something Old, Something New aims to “marry” two families, histories, and types of media together. This project includes digitized VHS footage from Corinne’s parent’s wedding edited into a creative montage.
What We Become
What We Become, as a part of the “found” media series, was a case study in audio before the video. Corinne created the visuals, only from found footage, to match an audio piece given to her by a friend, Natalie Maurer. This piece explores the increasing influences of technology on our society in contrast to “simpler” times.
Media Madness
Media Madness is a “found” media montage project aiming to explore the complex relationship between technology and mental health in our society. To do so, the piece explores the representation of mental health in our media throughout history as shown in vintage documentaries, classic movies, and modern independent short films.
